Second Semester Week 1

 

Dear parents,

This week we worked on:

Journeys: Lesson 16 “Erik the Red.” We completed the activities in the book and practiced the vocabulary. Students also took a spelling – vocab quiz lesson 16.

Grammar: We completed Unit 9 “Reflexive Pronouns”.

Math: We did Ch. 6 L1: Part of a whole as a percent.  

Science: We started Unit 20: Energy Conversion.

Novels: “Out of my Mind” and “Matilda”

Literary Elements: Genre
