Week 10

 

This week we worked on:

Spelling/Vocab Lesson 8 and students had the chance to practice the 10 words in the language handbook

Journeys: Students read the story “A Prize to Dye for” and answered the questions in the book.

Grammar: We completed Unit 5 Adjectives / Adverbs / Comparative - Superlative

Science: We started Unit 17: Changes of state

Math: Ch 4. L 1: Prisms and Pyramids    p92-94 all

Novels: “Lost and Found” & “The One and Only Ivan”.

Creative Writing: Thanksgiving Letter

Students took spelling, vocabulary lesson 8, and grammar unit 5 quizzes.
