Week 8

 

This week we worked on:

Spelling/Vocab Lesson 6 and students had the chance to practice the 10 words in the language handbook

Journeys: Students read the story “The Green Machine” and answered the questions in the book.

Grammar: We completed Unit 4 Object Pronouns / Personal Pronouns / Possessive Adjectives

Science: We almost finished Unit 16: Separating Mixtures

Math: Ch 3. L 4: Mixed Calculations with Fractions and Decimals       p72-76 all

Novels: “Lost and Found” & “The One and Only Ivan”. 

Creative Writing: ‘Girls vs. Boys  

Students took spelling, vocabulary lessons 5 & 6, and grammar unit 4 quiz.
