Week 2

 

Dear parents,

This week we worked on:

Journeys: We finished Lesson 3 “The great Basketball Game.” Students were able to answer all the questions in the book.

Grammar: We finished Unit 1 (Present Simple / Present Progressive). Furthermore, the students completed all the exercises.

Creative writing: This week’s topic is “Three things I look forward to in Grade 6”.

Science: This week we had more time to complete Unit 14: Materials & their properties. Moreover, students had the chance to review what we had done last week and did the self-check activity in the book.

Math: This week we did chapter 1 Algebra – Algebraic Equations & Problem solving.

Novels: “Lost and Found” We completed chapters 3 and 4 / “The One and Only Ivan” We did pages 22-43
